Electrical design included power distribution for mechanical equipment and convenience receptacles along with lighting and switches to meet the requirements for the use of the building and to comply with International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) standards.

Low Country Orphan Relief
LOC provided structural design services for a 2 story, timber framed distribution warehouse. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical design was provided for the offices and distribution area.

Water Missions International
LOC provided extensive services for the new office area and existing warehouse renovation. Services included mechanical design for heating and plumbing systems and design for renovated electrical service. Structural design was provided to stabilize existing masonry wall openings as well as providing reinforcing details for the existing timber roof trusses repair.
