MUSC Dean’s Suite Renovation – Clinical Sciences Building
LOC provided Mechanical, Piping/Plumbing, and Electrical Engineering Design and Construction Administration for renovation of the 9,700 square-foot Dean of Medicine Office Suite. The scope of work included phasing and construction sequencing required to continue operations while the facility is modified and upgraded. The study included an estimate of costs to implement facility modifications including documentation of a new lobby, conference rooms, current storage space, existing offices, workflow between offices, and analysis of future special needs. Features included new telecommunication path and new audio-visual systems in addition to replacement of lighting, HVAC, controls, and finishes.
