TIGHitco, a subsidiary of The InterTech Group, is an aerospace engineering, design, manufacturing and repair company. The first phase consists of 120,000SF of a 300,000SF facility master plan . The building is a pre-engineered metal building frame with tilt-up concrete and metal roof. Mechanical and electrical systems include power distribution, standby generator, lighting, chilled water air handling units, compressed air and fire sprinklers.
