Mercantile and Mash

The Indigo Road hospitality group has opened a number of restaurants in Charleston, SC with much praise and national accolades. Live Oak Consultants was integrated into the design team to renovate an existing 8,000 square foot portion of the old Charleston Cigar Factory into Mercantile & Mash. Mercantile being a boutique/coffee shop/bakery/café and Mash, a restaurant/bar with inside and outdoor eating/entertaining area. Live Oak provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Alarm/Protection professional engineering services which included three kitchens, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
