Live Oak Consultants, LLC (LOC) is honored to support our United States Veterans by providing professional engineering services for renovations to the old Catalina Inn on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, SC. We are helping to transform the aged motel into a new facility which provides shelter and support services for homeless veterans in our area. The Patriot Villas campus will have 74 studio apartments, each with a full bathroom and kitchenette, as well as laundry, meeting and job training spaces; all focused on meeting the needs and promoting the restoration of homeless veterans.
